Most Expensive and Cheapest Homes Sold in Sonoma County in April

Sonoma County was a seller’s market in March 2022, meaning there are more people looking to buy than there are homes available. – and it looks like April was the same.

The median sale price stands at $799,000 and more than 581 homes were sold in April. According to Realtor.com, the average price per square foot is $491. Just by looking at the numbers that seem to be constantly rising, many buyers may feel like they are out of the market. The good news for buyers is that there are still homes for sale below the median price, while buyers looking for custom properties still have plenty to choose from.

With those numbers in mind, here’s a look at the most and least expensive residential properties sold in Sonoma County in April.
