The selected candidate will be assigned to the relevant post on contract basis and duty station in New Delhi for the DoPT project.

1. Database Administrator – BE/MSc. /MCA with over 3 years of development experience.

2. Developer (PHP) – BE/MSc./MCA with more than 3 years of development experience.

3. Designer (Web/UI) – Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in web and UI design.

Skills Required For Digital India Recruitment 2022

1. Database Administrator

I. Proven work experience as a database administrator

ii. Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications

iii. Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL

iv. Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding

v. Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and 3rd party tools

vi. Familiarity with API programming languages

vii. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically

2. Developer (PHP)

I. Experience working in Codeigniter-3.0+, PHP, laravel

ii. Experience working with open source like Drupal, Joomla, WordPress

iii. Experience working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, etc.

iv. Experience working with relational databases, version control tools, and developing web services using REST and SOAP architecture

3. Designer (Web/UI)

I. Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript.

ii. Knowledge of Responsive HTML with bootstraps, and less CSS.

iii. Have knowledge of Angular5 and above.

iv. Have a basic knowledge of Vue. and JQuery framework.

v. Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material

Roles and Responsibilities of Recruitment in Digital India 2022

1. Database Administrator

I. Build high availability and quality database systems based on each end user’s specialized role

ii. Design and implement a database in accordance with the information needs and views of the end user

iii. Define users and enable distribution of data to the right user, in the correct format and in a timely manner

iv. Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data

v. Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast responses to queries

vi. Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards Perform regular testing and assessments to ensure data security, confidentiality, and integrity data Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and releases as needed

2. Developer (PHP)

I. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle for development

ii. Produce detailed system specifications

iii. Troubleshoot, test and maintain core product software and databases to ensure robust optimization and functionality

iv. Develop design models based on requirements documents.

3. Designer (Web/UI)

I. Develop new features for users and/or modify existing features to improve them.

ii. Translation of UI/UX wireframes into visual elements

iii. Convert Photoshop design layouts to HTML/CSS design.

iv. Creating responsive layouts and cross-browser troubleshooting.

v. Optimizing web assets for optimal speed and performance.
