Laundry Detergents Linked To Breast Cancer Growth & Development

Please Note: Links to all studies will be posted at the bottom of the article.

More studies are showing that using laundry detergents will significantly increase your risk of breast cancer growth or development due to the xenoestrogens contained within them.

Virtually all laundry detergents contain what’s known as “xenoestrogens” which is a synthetic form of estrogen that is very harmful to women with breast cancer or genetically predisposed to developing breast cancer.

Depending on how much of it you are exposed to determines how much of an impact it will have on your cancer growth or development over time. The fact that you wash your clothes with laundry detergent and then wear them all day means you are exposed to xenoestrogens 24/7.

Your Bra Could Be Making Things Worse

Wearing a bra washed with laundry detergent makes things even worse. Xenoestrogens absorbed by the skin are ten times more potent than if taken orally or inhaled because it travels directly to the tissues instead of passing through the liver thus creating an environment for breast cancer growth.

A study published in the Scientific Journal of Endocrinology shows that Xenoestrogens modulate vascular endothelial growth factor secretion in breast cancer cells through an estrogen receptor dependent mechanism.

So what does that mean?

It means this, vascular endothelial growth factor (called VEGF for short) allows new blood vessels to penetrate through the developing tumor (which means it helps the cancer spread & grow). Thus, VEGF suppressors (AKA xenoestrogen suppressors) have been a focus of several cancer-treating drugs. For example, here is a picture showing the outcome of a study done with a rat (which already had cancer) that was exposed to xenoestorgens (the same ones found in laundry detergent) over time:

As you can see, the longer the rat was exposed to the xenostrogens, the bigger their mammary tumors got and the more the cancer continued to spread throughout it’s body.

According to a Duke University study, xenoestrogens like the ones found in laundry detergent can and often do inhibit breast cancer drugs meaning the drugs become less effective if you’re constantly being exposed to xenoestrogens.

One of the first studies done on xenoestrogen and its link to breast cancer growth was conducted by Tufts University in Massachusetts & was published in Environmental Health Perspectives in 1991. Drs. Ana Soto and Carlos Sonnenschein conducted a study where they observed that breast cancer cells placed in plastic dishes would grow quickly. Knowing these cells need estrogen to reproduce, they were curious about what contributed to the rapid cell growth and after further research xenoestrogens were found to be responsible.

The only thing you need to remember is Xenoestrogens should be avoided at ALL cost!

So What Should You Use Instead Of Laundry Detergent?

The MLS Laundry System is the only laundry detergent alternative designed specifically for breast cancer patients and women genetically predisposed to developing breast cancer and has also been awarded two U.S Patents. It’s designed to thoroughly clean your clothing and other fabrics better than laundry detergents without the use of any xenoestrogens as shown in this video:

It also removes any pre-existing xenoestrogens that might be currently on your clothing or other fabrics around your house.

What most people fail to realize is their home is a xenoestrogen breeding ground. When you wash your bed sheets, your clothing, you sofa cushions, your bath towels etc… with laundry detergents you are literally spreading xenoestrogens throughout your house.

Re-washing any clothing such as your bra or other fabrics in your house with the MLS Laundry System will eliminate any remaining xenostrogen and will significantly lower the overall xenoestrogens presence in your home.

This system has over 500+ reviews on amazon:

Here are just 2 reviews from other breast cancer patients who decided to stop exposing themselves to breast cancer causing xenoestrogen:

What About Natural Laundry Detergent or Hormone Free Detergents?

Even though these are better than using regular detergents, the problem is they still contain a fairly large amount of xenoestrogens within them. The reason why this is the case comes down to the fact that they come in plastic bottles. When liquids are stored in ANY platic it causes the plastic to leech off into the liquid be it water or laundry detergent even if the plastic is “BPA Free” (BPA is another type of xenoestrogen). A study conducted by the Environmental Health Perspectives shows that BPA free plastics still have xenoestrogens in them.

The Power Of Minimizing Xenoestorgen Exposure

At the end of the day there is a reason why ALL breast cancer prevention drugs as well breast cancer drugs in general aim to block VEGF (which develop through xenoestrogens). It helps stop cancer dead in it’s tracks:

By using the MLS Laundry System to help reduce your exposure to xenoestrogens you essentially:

  • Reduce the amount of xenoestrogens you are exposed to.
  • Render cancer medications & treatments MORE effective.
  • Save money (since it’s a one time purchase).

My Personal Estrogen Levels

I also decided to do a test on myself just to see how much of an impact the MLS Laundry System would have on my estrogen levels since i’m no longer being exposed to xenoestrogens via laundry detergent:

Before

After

This was only 1 month after I discontinued use of laundry detergents. At the 6 month mark it should be much lower (I’ll update this post once I reach that mark). I spend almost 80% of my time at home. The MLS Laundry System is a must have for any woman with brest cancer or predisposed to developing breast cancer
